Ernest Zacharevic (1986) is a Lithuanian visual artist based in George Town, on the island of Penang, Malaysia. He has extensive training in fine arts, traditional painting and print making, holding degrees from the National School of Arts in Vilnius and the School of Fine Arts at Middlesex University in England. He started working outdoors in 2010, motivated by his desire to create beyond the exclusivity of the gallery and reach a wider audience with his art. Since then, his whimsical, highly interactive street work has been garnering critical acclaim. He has also been exhibiting his work indoors in a variety of countries around the world.
