Barry McGee
Os Gemeos is the artistic name of the Brazilian twin‐brothers duo Otávio Pandolfo and Gustavo Pandolfo — “the twins” in Portuguese.

Barry McGee was born in 1966 in San Francisco, California. He is an American artist of Chinese and Irish descent, known for his distinctive visual language rooted in street culture.
Academic Carrer
McGee earned a BFA in Painting & Printmaking from the San Francisco Art Institute in 1991. While his roots are in graffiti and street culture, his formal training provided the foundation for the mix of fine-art and urban practices that define his work.
Professional Carrer
After emerging in the late 1980s/early 1990s graffiti scene in San Francisco (tagged “Twist”), McGee moved into gallery and museum contexts, bridging street art and contemporary fine art.
