Clements graduated with First Class Honours before embarking on an international artistic career spanning more than two decades.

Alongside his studio practice, the Kai & Sunny name has become recognised through collaborations across art, design, and culture. His work has been exhibited internationally in cities including New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Hong Kong, Paris, and London, and is included in the Victoria and Albert Museum Print Archive Collection.

Influences

Drawing inspiration from the rhythms of the natural world and the unseen forces that shape our environment, Clements explores the relationship between order and unpredictability, movement and stillness. His lifelong engagement with surf and skateboarding culture also informs his visual language, reinforcing his fascination with flow, rhythm, and the continuous movement of forms.
