Established in 2010 and consolidated in its present form in 2013, Underdogs works with a diversified roster of Portuguese and international artists connected with the urban inspired contemporary art universe, fostering the development of close relationships between creators, the public, and the city with the aim of promoting art as an everyday experience.
Our associate Festival Iminente has set up an appeal fund to help the two reference hospitals on the frontline of the battle against COVID-19 in Portugal: Centro Hospitalar e Universitário Lisboa Central and Centro Hospitalar e Universitário de São João.
All proceeds will go to the purchase of individual protection equipment for healthcare providers as well as equipment to increase the capacity of the Intensive Care Units of these two hospitals.
