Wholetrain

Evoking the early days of graffiti, when artists come together to paint an entire train, we present WHOLETRAIN, a project curated by Underdogs that unites four iconic artists — Barry McGee, OSGEMEOS, REVOK, and Vhils — to create a special collaborative edition, which is also released as four individual editions. All works featured in this Viewing Room will be available for purchase starting on 26 November at 4 PM GMT — a rare opportunity to acquire a landmark collaboration. Know the artists

OSGEMEOS

OSGEMEOS, Brazilian twins Gustavo and Otavio Pandolfo, began in graffiti and developed a distinctive universe of bright-yellow characters and surreal landscapes. Drawing from Brazilian culture, hip-hop, and global youth influences, their work spans painting, murals, sculpture, and installation. They exhibit worldwide, and their pieces belong to major collections including the Museu de Arte Moderna de São Paulo and the Museum of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles.

Barry McGee

Barry McGee, a key figure of the Mission School, began as the graffiti artist “Twist” in late-1980s San Francisco. His studio practice spans drawing, painting, sculpture, and mixed-media installations that reflect urban life, consumerism, and social inequality. Known for geometric patterns and his recurring tired-eyed male figure, McGee often clusters his works in dense arrangements. He has exhibited at major institutions such as Fondazione Prada, the Hammer Museum, and the ICA Boston, and his works achieve six-figure results on the secondary market.

REVOK

Under the name REVOK, Jason Williams creates vivid geometric paintings rooted in his early experiences in the 1990s California graffiti scene, along with influences from comics, skate culture, and music. He experiments with non-traditional shapes and is part of the Los Angeles street art collectives Seventh Letter and Mad Society Kings. REVOK has exhibited at the Pasadena Museum of California Art and MOCA Los Angeles, and his time in Detroit led to kaleidoscopic assemblages made from painted, salvaged wood.

Vhils

Alexandre Farto, known as Vhils, creates large-scale murals and works on wood through a distinctive subtractive process, drilling, chiseling, or using chemicals to carve portraits directly into the material. Blending painting and sculpture, his work reflects on how urban environments absorb social change. Trained at Central Saint Martins and rooted in graffiti, Vhils now produces murals, prints, and paintings. He has exhibited worldwide and collaborated with institutions such as the EDP Foundation, Centre Pompidou, the Barbican Centre, CAFA Art Museum, and the Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego.
